My hat goes off to the CHEF and Crew, of the NORR kitchen for excellence!!! This is the new hot spot in Portland, if your looking to go have a drink, sit down with a friend, or take your love out for a romantic night you won't forget, this is not just a meal, it's an experience.

Norr kitchen has challenged all my five senses! There’s nothing trivial about this place! You come to be surprised, and to have an experience with incredible culinary! We were definitely surprised, moved and enhanced by the 6 course meal, the host’s VIP attention and amazing drinks! The European vibe takes you on a journey beyond the limits of the city! Be ready to be amazed!

This was my second tasting menu dinner at Norr Kitchen, and Chef Matt is amazing every time! I really enjoyed the intimate dining experience. When asked what my favorite of the night was, I literally could not choose!.. add on the wine pairings: they’re perfectly paired to each plate…..the bartender was so kind and knowledgeable: he recommended a twist on my drink that I’d never experienced before!
